You can fit 35s on a 4.5in lift with STOCK offset wheels. -12 and 35s won't work unless you want to cut up your truck. since the zone lift pushes your front track out a good bit. Honestly, On the newer Gens, I'm pretty sure 35's do fit. (maybe not a true 35/12.5) but close to 35's anyway depending on your rim size.
