38 weeks no dilation

With the first I was checked at 36 routinely with no dilation. The second I started contracting and was admitted with early labor but was not dilating (they stopped the contractions and sent me home). I carried the first to 39 weeks and the second to 38 weeks (scheduled c sections) and to my knowledge I never really dilated with either set.

I’ve been drinking raspberry leaf tea, eating dates, going for walks and bouncing on yoga ball and still I have a posterior cervix that hasn’t dilated yet!38 weeks today and not dilated at all.
