Some stuff has gone down since then and that acid-spewing siren was sealed down there; hence the blood sacrifice needed for entry.

Just a quick look at how to do the Dregs dungeon in Conan Exiles. I took some of yours advice and did not add music to this video let me know what you think!The Dregs was made as a group mid-level dungeon. If you're running it alone you should probably be somewhere between level 25-30, and even then you might have trouble with it. Since you're on Single Player, as a workaround for now (wouldn't expect bugs to get fixed any time soon), you can probably just turn on Ghost, then fly down through to the stairs, then use Walk to turn Ghost off. I just went in and checked, need tasty monster meat soon anyway. Everything opens normal for me.
