The Louisiana Confederation of Clubs and Independent Riders is a motorcycle rights organization which was formed in 2009 to represent and support the motorcycle riding community of Louisiana. We meet at the old Baptist Church at 4200 South MacArthur Drive in Alexandria January 28, 2018 at 12:00 pm.
