Being from California, I LOVE mochi donuts and have always had great, chewy ones with a variety of different flavors. I didn't really love Mochi Nut in California, but I was just glad to have a place in Greenville. I've tried a couple of their flavors, but I think they do always tend to make their donuts super sweet.In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, water, sugar, and salt. Stir until the mixture has no lumps. Place the bowl on a plate and cover the bowl with a microwave safe lid. Microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes (I used a 850 watt microwave), until the mixture begins to form a paste. Let me start by saying the place is clean and has some cool interiors going on (instagramable). I ordered through the screen so didn't interact with staff aside from picking up the order.
