Depends on your game settings, if you start a normal game then it'll be easier to get fat because of all the food laying around, if you start a game with ridiculously low amount of food it will be better to start fat. I never play overweight ever I've never once played it since I have known what to look at; what is the starting weight of overweight? Is it +10 from 80? Because underweight is -10 from 80 I am at 89, worrying about packing too many pounds on as my fitness is very important
