Pre-COVID, when I was in my best shape, I did Pure Barre (Classic) 5-7x a week and spin (in a studio) 1-2x a week. Basically, I doubled barre/spin classes sometimes, but most often, it was probably 6 barre/1 spin. If I took a rest day, 5/1. Spin was perfect for cardio, but barre strengthens and tones more. 6.
