A new problem on a brand new gun. Now it's the slide. Just purchased an LCP a few weeks ago and i've noticed when i pull the slide back with a full clip it has a tendency to stick in the rear-ward position. If i tap the side of the gun or pull the slide back it will go forward though.Also make sure the ejector is pushed all the way up in the normal position.
