Sig p365 problems

During the first 3 or 4 months in 2018 first released P365's had defective metallurgy with outsourced MEM strikers. They were covered under warranty and situation was resolved. Now the "urban myth" continues. The first thing everyone asks or states about their 365 is the date of Mfg. It's almost an obsession.

I have never heard of Sig acknowledging any issues other than a bad batch of strikers but I probably couldn't find the source. There is evidence that Sig has made "rolling" changes to improve the P365. Most "return to battery", "dead trigger", and barrel peening issues seem to have been minimized greatly.. There is no "rust issues" with the P365 magazines anymore than any other carbon steel magazine, frame or slide, even on very high end guns. Shot 480 rounds of mixed carry ammo (Federal 147 HST, Speer Gold Dot 115, 124, 124+p) and training ammo (mix of American Eagle 115, 124, and Syntech match ammo). Zero malfunctions. I have had issues with practice ammo misfires. there is a tap mark on the round and if I put it back in the clip it will fire. I get a misfire every 4th or 5th round or random. I sent it back to sig twice. they replaced trigger mechanism and trigger bar and its still having same issue.

My Ruger LCP Max in .380 is very hard to load, but doable. I don't use loaders on these.
